BIO
“Kellz the Artist is a singer, songwriter, producer, live musician, teacher, and music director from Augusta whose work blends soul, intimacy, sensuality, and spiritual reflection into a deeply human sound. Raised in church, she began singing in the youth choir, started writing music at 11, playing at 13, and producing by 18 — developing a relationship with music that became both personal expression and purpose.
A graduate of Davidson Fine Arts Magnet School and currently attending Atlanta Institute of Music and Media, Kellz has served as music director for multiple churches while also working as a live performer and educator. Her artistry is shaped by years of musical discipline, spirituality, heartbreak, romance, and transformative life experiences.
Inspired by D'Angelo, Frank Ocean, and Beyoncé, Kellz creates music that feels warm, reflective, and emotionally honest. Watching her mother set aside her own dreams pushed her to pursue hers fully — believing not only that she had something meaningful to say, but that it could be expressed with depth, beauty, and soul. Through KTA Music, she approaches art as both a mission and a love letter to life.”
